Life, Love, and the Pursuit of… Food!
It can be hard to change your eating habits, not everyone is equip with the knowledge of how to eat healthy. When I first started my fitness journey, I did not even know how to read a nutrition label, and that is ok. Luckily, there are many different resources to help teach you how to live a healthier life while eating healthy and still indulging in a few unhealthy options also.
Life is about balance and not depriving yourself of what you enjoy is not the answer. I will share the knowledge I have gained over the last five years through my fitness journey along with a few delicious healthy, and unhealthy, recipes as well.
