Life, Love, and the Pursuit of… Fitness!

Fitness can be fun, really it can! Working out does not have to be another daunting task to be checked off of your to do list. I will share fitness tips and routines that I have learned from a personal trainer to loose 36 pounds in about 6 months. It really is fun to see the results of your hard work pay off.

Sometimes all you need is 30 minutes, your body and a set of weights or simply a basketball. Whatever you enjoy that gets your body moving and your hear rate up is considered exercise. So, just find the exercise that works for you and join me, while I share my fitness journey and a few things that will help you stay on track and learn somethings along the way!
